Camp WeMovie!

 Hello reader,

The past few weeks we have been talking our making a movie on WeMovie i finished my movie and now I will be answering questions from the inquiry slide. lets start!

Question 1: What did you learn by creating your DLO? (think of new skills you learnt from your WeMovie Tutorials)

Some skills i learnt we're, how to add music, photos, videos and texts.

Question 2: Now you've finished, do you think it was a good idea to present your idea like this?

I have to say yes and no.. i think yes since i added 'day1" 'Day2' (ext). I also think no since i think i could've added more videos.

Question 3: what did you find difficult about your learning?  (not creating the DLO)  and what was most intresting?

The thing i found difficult was to put in photos and find the photos, and the most intresting thing is the audio since it very different to what i would usally pick.

question 4: Do you have any questions about your learning?

no, no qustions..

question 5: what would you do next time?

add more videos and photos, more effects and  thats it..

Today in kotuku we talked or watched my weVideo movie of camp and read Tiffany and krystal's writing

Krystal wrote about your favourite food

and Tiffany wrote about Christmad day

'At Christmas eve, we have a movie night. My mother makes popcorn with sugar and juice.

Me and my grandma clear the lounge and I lay out the mattreses and pillows, while my grandma switches on the Television. We lay down and watch a movie and eat cake and popcorn. after that i drink hot choclate, my mother drinks coffee with my grandma, then we go to bed.  The naxt day me and mummy make milk and ginger-bread biscuts and my grandma ask all of our friends to come over. Then we open presents and celerbrate christmas. The next day I have a sleepover at my friends house and write a story about christmas. i love christmas day because they are fun. Christmas is my favourite day of december.'

Camp recount

today i have wrote about my camp recount i think i wrote alot, but i coudn't write for the 3rd day since i left.. but anyways here is mywriting enjoy!

Camp recount

We all hopped into the big bus and started driving everyone’s excited face was soon to change..

everyone was so surprised at our surroundings, 

‘everyone hop off and thank our lovely bus driver’ Mrs. Lee said.

As we all came off the bus one by one we all thanked our driver, 

we had our own little snack before we went on a LONG walk. 

The first couple of minutes, it was the best time of my life, who knew walking was so relaxing and calming.

‘Wow’ 

I said as i learnt about erosion and the ancient times of maori.

We walked until we reached our first road..

It felt like i haven’t seen a road for 50 years (even tho im just 10 lol)

But i didn’t realise that this was just the BEGINNING.

‘EWWWWW, Sheep poo’ 

“Grosssss” said annabelle 

As i put my hand up to my mouth i heard Mrs. Lee say 

‘See that rocky mountain, that is where were heading to!’

“WHAT! I CANT MY WATERS RUNNING OUT!” i said in frustration.

I actually had a big bottle of water, but..

Annabelle only had tea in her water bottle for some strange reason, so i gave her some of my COLD water. 

As the lovely parents cheered us on, it was no help..  (i mean cheering us on wont get up to the top (kinda but not really.) (im being dramatic lol) )

We had our lunch at an farm and saw some chickens and pigs

At last i thought i have made it!

But i was only half way, step by step i slowly made it up.

I was in joy but also in HATRED for the teachers making us walk up a litterl mountain thing..

The lovely instructor and Mrs. bunting let us know where our cabins were :)

I went to my cabin setted my things down and put on some sunscreen and hat and went to the auditorium and we did orienteering, me, Lucas, Annabelle, Daisy, and talya.

We found most of the signs.

After orienteering we had dinner which was curry and beans with rice.after dinner before we had a swim we had an AUction, I didn’t get anything from the auction since everyone was bidding a 1k just for a lollipop or freddo then we had a swim in the pool, and something traumatizing happened ( i have asked Annabelle if it was fine with her so ya) Annaelle got hit in the face while trying to swim and had a massive nosebleed, so me and Annabelle went back to our cabins and had a shower and got changed as we prepared for our..

 CAMP CONCERT, me and anabelle did some cartwheels and our prop was  sunglasses,

We were second to last i think.

Then we went to bed..

But i had a massive headache probably from the heat, i could not sleep and, lathan’s mum

Was helping the whole night. I had a chat with Mrs. bunting and i went home after dinner the next day. (2nd day) 

For the first day recreation games, 

I was going to do the flying fox but i was too scared (i am a scaredy cat lol)

And instead i went to play gaga ball. It was my first time playing and for some strange reason, not gonna name anyone.. But one of the boys said 

‘im barbie’

  And so we asked ‘can you sing the barbie song..’ (this is still first day)

But we started playing and more players started to join after the recreation games.

 Second day

For the second day for breakfast we had toast and cereal i don't like cereal but i did have some toast. After breakfast we did a small hike and we [Tribe 4] went to low ropes, I got into a group with Tayla and Daisy.. I got 50 dollars after finishing the course Tayla got 100 and Daisy got 10

after low ropes tribe 4 went over to bouldering, We learnt a new game [well 2 new games] Called “shark attack” and “around the world" tayla got the furthest in around the world and lucas 

Won shark attack after bouldering we got to do a calm walk and learnt about leaves and got to get some crystals, after we did some parkour it was the best day, i really enjoyed everything there. After each rotation we got food, for moring tea we got fruit and cake, lunch we had nachos (it was my first time having nachos) and for dinner we had some burgers i got a patty, cheese and some sauce and we even had some fries, before dinner we had and auction and again i won nothing literally nothing (sad ;()  but after dinner i left camp and went home because i had a headache remember??
